Frequently Asked Questions

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A LIBRARY CARD?

To get a library card, adults must provide a photo ID and proof of address such as a driver's license or utility bill. Your first card is free & replacement cards are $2. 

For a child to obtain a card, the parent must also register. Children must be at least 5 years of age.

All Tri - County students may sign up for a WCPL library card. 

HOW LONG CAN I HAVE ITEMS OUT?

Books & Audio items - 21 days / 3 weeks
Magazines & Periodicals - 7 days / 1 week

Movies - 7 days / 1 week

DO YOU OFFER E-BOOKS?

Yes we do! With your Evergreen Indiana library card you are able to access Overdrive and Libby. E-Books are only accessible to patrons with a green resident card, not a blue reciprocal borrower card. 

DO YOU OFFER ANY VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES?

Occasionally we will have opportunities for volunteers. Please check with us by calling or coming into the library.

WHAT ARE YOUR LATE FEES?

All items are 25¢ per day that they are overdue.

HOW CAN I SUPPORT THE WOLCOTT COMMUNITY PUBLIC LIBRARY?

Program Donations - We have many programs throughout the year for our patrons.  Often we welcome donations to these programs.  Contact the library for any program donation opportunities at this time.  We also welcome any donations designated to any project whether it is toward new materials, or to the remodeling CD Fund.

 

Memorial Books - For those who would like to have Memorial Books dedicated to a deceased loved

one, please contact the library.  We would be happy to help in this special contribution.
