New Patron Policy
(1.) Need I.D. to verify residence; if change of address on present I.D. must be registered at Post Office with confirmed mailing address.
(2.) Home Phone Required
(3.) If no home phone but has cell phone, MUST also have work phone
(4.) If no phone number available to be reached, nothing may be checked out until phone number is recieved and verified.
(5.) It is patron's responsibility to notify us of any change of address, or phone number.
(6.) All information presented will NOT be given out to anyone, unless a law enforcement agency would demand it.

Library Cards
Wolcott Community Public Library is supported by Princeton Township Property taxes. Round Grove Township and West Point Township have free library service because of a yearly contract agreement.
Non-Residents are charged annually according to the libraries per Capita Operating Expenditures.

Reciprocal Borrowing
Patrons may participate in the reciprocal borrowing if:
(a) Member of Princeton Township
(b) Round Grove and West Point Township borrowers have paid an additional yearly membership fee and purchase a PLAC card.
(c) Regardless of residence borrower must be in good standing. New borrowers have a 6-month waiting period.

Books: 14 days, Overdue Fines .25/day Periodicals: 7 days, .25 / days Audio Cassettes: 14 days, .25 / days Videos & DVDs: 7 days, no renewals, .25 / day

Repairs
Books, Cassettes, videos, DVD's items needed repair, please report to librarians. DO NOT REPAIR AT HOME!

Video & DVD Loan Policy
(1.) Videocassettes and DVD's may be borrowed from from the library if:
a. The borrower is 18 years of age or above.
b. The borrower is in good standing with the library; and
c. The borrower uses library videos and DVD's in accordance with all applicable copyright laws.
(2.) Videos and DVD's may be borrowed for 7 (seven) days. NO renewals. Late returns will result in a $.25 per day per title for each day the video is overdue. Continual overdues will result in the loss of video borrowing privileges.
(3.) Borrowers accept responsibility for any major damage or loss of library videos or DVD's while checked out on the borrower's library card. Any fees for damages or replacement will be assessed and billed to the patron.
(4.) The Wolcott Community Public Library is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused to a borrower's VCR or DVD player or other equipment due to use of Library videos.
(5.) There is a limit of 2 (two) DVD's and/or 2 (two) video's per adult patrons card.
(6.) Please be kind and rewind videos before returning them to the library.
(7.) Videos and DVD's may be returned ONLY inside the library, NOT in the Book Drop Box.
(8.) Borrowers may not pass videos or DVD's around within a group of family members or friends.
(9.) Videos or DVD's may not be reserved or renewed, except for teachers in a classroom setting. Patrons may call in and request to hold a (one) video to be picked up by closing time of the same day.
